All members via Zoom link were present, a quorum achieved.

The Bridge Studio (TBS) location lease will be renewed for 1 year with a $2,000 pesos a month reduction.  (Credit Ian Irving for said reduction)

TBS expenses will be reduced by:

     1.  Discontinuing free snacks, allowing water and coffee only.

     2.  Eliminate the plan to offer buy 10 plays get 1 free play.

     3.  Director’s entitlement to receive free play for directing limited to:

          a.  Low season – 1 free play for each session directing

          b.  High season – 2 free plays per session directing

     4. Future Parties for bridge players will adapt a *pot luck” theme.  Attending players to provide a dish or a bottle of wine.

While hospitality chair, Lynn Chambers, was away, Norma Scott took over organizing and hosting the last two monthly members get togethers.  Norma’s efforts were note worthy, resulting in 22 guests attending 28 May  !
