The meeting was held at Hotel Casa de La Noche which was under consideration as a possible Venue alternative to the current Bridge Studio (TBS) venue.

The terms offered by Casa de La Noche (Barbe Poole) were acceptable and very enticing but will not be accepted at this time, though it is a strong future consideration.

It was decided to retain the current TBS venue, renewing the lease, with no cost increases involved.  Improvements on the current lease fees, terms, etc will be sought.  Also, the landlord will be asked to pay for, or contribute significantly, to the cost of acquiring and installing a 3rd air conditioner.

Treasurer Mary Seggerman advised that year over year table count is up over 8%.  However, TBS is operating at a loss due to the ever increasing costs of doing business and no player fee increases in 15 years ! 

TBS games canceled for May 2025, due to players being unavailable, will resume normal Monday, Wednesday & Saturday play, starting Monday, June 2, 2025 with new rules:

     1.  Start time 1 pm

     2.  Player fee 150p.  Buy 10, get 1 additional play for free

     3.  # of boards in play = 24
