All members were present, hence a quorum achieved.

Treasurer Mary Seggerman reported that we continue to break even.  Most recent revenue has increased, indicating a profit forecast.

Our NGO status, though a fait accompli, still awaits the Mexican Notorio’s final sign off.  Sandy and our accountant are to meet with said Notorio in the days ahead in attempts to close the loop before the10 December end of year business shut down.

Vice President Helen Rose-Rivas has resigned from the board.  The vice president position will remain vacant for the time being.

TBS interior now at 9 tables can allow up to 12 tables.  Based on last year’s high season table count, that should be sufficient.  Potential options for accomodating more tables are under review.

Partnership chair, Syndi McDougall as well as WhatsApp Group administrators,  Lindy and Natalia, will each receive 1 free play a month.

Thursday TBS games will be initiated on 5 December

     A.  The 1st Thursday each month will be a mentor game only format

     B.  Future other potential Thursday game play options are planned

Board meeting minutes, once accepted by all board members, will be posted on our website.  A copy will be posted on TBS bulletin board.

There will be no end of month member’s get together due to Thanksgiving Holliday conflicts and the absence of key personnel.

A Christmas Party for SMA Bridge players and their significant others will be held on Wednesday, 18 December.    It commences at TBS at the conclusion of normal Wednesday bridge play.
