October revenue was up by $800 pesos, expenses are pending.
NGO status is on the back burner. As an alternative, Natalia and Sandy are in pursuit of establishing a joint bank account for Unit 254 funds.
The Day of the Dead lessons learned:

David`s research revealed that ACBL has 68 members for Unit 254. David will next purge past game results to ID players not affiliated with Unit 254 and report findings at next board meeting.
Bridge lessons for beginners will be offered by David. Layne will offer Bridge lessons for non-beginners. Details are being worked out.

2026 Regional 17-22 March 2026
Host, Unit 173 ( Mexico City) has yet to respond to enquiries. Sandy has volunteered to approach Hotel Real de Minas to determine if it has been reserved as the Regional’s venue.
Snacks will continue to be provided as Maria Cookies and peppermints. Lynn, Hospital Chr, will oversee availability, Glenn assists with resupply. Directors should announce that members are encouraged to offer snacks and will be recognized accordingly for doing so.
Due to Holliday conflicts, key personnel absences, November and December will not have a month end member’s get together.
Next Unit 254 board meeting is 11:30, Wednesday, 3 December at TBS.
